I then tried to create another kindle and it said I needed kindle plus. I then went to kindle plus and tried to use the kindle plus app on the mac instead of kindle and added my kindle serial number and some other info and then it said the kindle battery was low and the font was really small. So I tried to use the kindle plus app and that didn't work for me.
I also tried just putting the kindle serial number in Calibre by itself and again it converted just fine. I then put a dvd in my computer and ran it. When I put my kindle into kindle sleep mode and then woke it up it said the kindle battery was low and the font was too small, so when you put your kindle in sleep mode it backs up your kindle to your kindle. It then says have a nice day and sends me to my home screen. I think this is where the problems start. If you put the kindle in sleep mode and then leave it on with the kindle open then the font is small and really hard to read. I think this is related to the problems I am having. On my kindle the font is smaller than my regular font, so I'm not sure if this is related. So I put my kindle back to sleep mode and waited for it to finish. Then I took the dvd out and put it in the computer and it still said the kindle battery was low and the font was really small. So this is where the problems start. On my mac it said I needed a better kindle or it would run out of battery. When I tried to create a new kindle it said I needed kindle plus but I already had kindle plus. I have purchased it on the amazon. I updated to the newest version of the software in hopes that it would help me. When I take a close look at it, the serial number is printed on the black plastic bubble that holds the back cover in place, but it is blank.
