Flutter cross-platform notifications for time events
I am trying to implement cross-platform notifications for time events.
I have chosen to use the Flutter notification plugin.
The problem I have is that the notification timezone is always UTC regardless of the system timezone.
I am creating the notification in a loop. This means a system time zone change may trigger the system time change and consequently the notification creation.
To my knowledge, the notification plugin is not notified that the system time changed, which makes the notification time zone still be UTC.
Is there a way to make the notification time zone reflect the system time zone?
If not, is there another way to implement time events notifications cross platform?
