After you downloaded the template Add-On, you have to use CMake to generate the project for your favourite Development Environment. Starting from the root folder you can generate the projects with the commands below. Make sure to replace the value of AC_API_DEVKIT_DIR variable with your DevKit installation folder.

This feature does not work with Archicad 26 (US version), so in the mean time I am opening up Archicad 25 > Menu > Interoperability > 3D Studio > just has your post shows. I have reinstalled it several times, both Archicad 26 and the Goodies. I can say I have downloaded the internationally version of Archicad 26 and the Goodies and this 3D Studio works just fine.
